Optional one meeting on-site at least 4 weeks prior to event date (additional travel fee may apply for distance greater than 60km from 2171 or when additional face-to-face meetings are requested, starting from $50.00)

Team member(s) may remain on-site for up to 4 hours (from arrival to departure) for further assistance
Pack-down & removal of the items
General clean-up of the site for any rubbish that came directly from Prop Garage's hire equipment. E.g. florals, cut down cable ties, plastic cups from Prop Garage's drink station. (Additional charges will apply for the cleaning and disposing of all other rubbish left behind by guests and other suppliers, starting from $150.00, please refer to our T&Cs)
Our personalised hand-crafted Welcome Sign for you to hire for $80.00. Add an easel and a custom-design silk floral arrangement for the welcome sign for $60.00.
Dried Floral Confetti Stand for $120.00
Bamboo Hand Paper Fan Stand for $100.00
Classic Drink Station for 50 people for $350.00. For additional guests, please add an extra $2.00 per guest.
Custom hand-made Reserved Seating Tags with brass eyelet and jute string at $3.00 per seat tag.

Add a little oomph..
Once you have chosen one of our Wedding Ceremony Packages click on the "Our Collection" page to choose additional items for that little extra oomph or to upgrade existing items from the package. We will provide you with a quote once you have selected all the extra items.
All of our wedding packages are priced at a discounted rate therefore only changes which includes upgrades or additional props/services will be permitted. There will be no reduction to the package price should items be remove or downgraded.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and observe any surcharges that may be applicable to your booking, such as cleaning fees and inclement weather surcharge.
A travel surcharge will apply if the event location is outside 60km from the post code 2171.
A loading distance/terrain surcharge will apply if we do not have direct vehicle access (loading zone) within 15 metres of the ceremony site, and/or where there are stairs/steps which will prevent us from using a trolley to transport our equipment, thereby requiring us to manually transport by hand an item at a time back and forth. This may also lead to additional setup and pack-up time due to the distance from the ceremony site to the vehicle so please ensure you have booked sufficient time at the venue to allow for any extra time require.
It is the client's responsibility to obtain information on loading/parking zones and terrain/trolley access from the venue/council. Prop Garage reserve the right to charge the necessary fees after the event should this information not be relayed to Prop Garage at the time of the booking.
A surcharge will apply if your ceremony will be held on a sandy beach due to additional cleaning required for the equipment afterwards.
Please ensure that you obtain the necessary permits and bookings for the use of the ceremony venue. This also includes booking for a ranger escort for Prop Garage to have vehicle access directly to the ceremony site, if applicable.
Any parking fees required to be paid on the day to set up the ceremony will be passed onto the client.
