Classic Wedding Ceremony Package
- Large wooden arbor (brown or white)
- Luxury satin arbor draping (white or ivory).
- Custom-designed silk floral arrangements for the arbor
- Up to 40 x White Americana folding chairs
- Up to 10 x Ball Mason Jars with deluxe silk floral and foliage for aisle chairs
- 10 metre hessian or non-woven white aisle runner (the non-woven white runner is NOT a carpet runner, but is a thin felt-like material).
- Classic white signing table with two Americana folding chairs or chairs of your choice.
- Custom design silk floral arrangement for the signing table
- 2 x white plinths or brown plinths with custom design silk floral arrangement for aisle head
- Email/phone consultation
- Optional meeting on location at least 4 weeks prior to event date
- Delivery to event location, including two team members
- Setup & styling
- Dismantle & removal of the items
- General clean-up of site (additional charges apply, please refer to our T&Cs)
- Up to 5 hours total time on location
- Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and pay particular attention to any surcharges that may be applicable to your booking, such as cleaning fees and inclement weather surcharge.
- A travel surcharge will apply if the event location is outside 65km from the post code 2171.
- A distance/terrain surcharge will apply if we do not have direct vehicle access (loading zone) within 15 metres of the ceremony site, and/or where there are stairs/steps which prevents us from using a trolley to transport our equipment.
- A surcharge will apply if your ceremony will be on a sandy beach due to additional cleaning required for the equipment.
- Please ensure that you obtain the necessary permits and bookings for the use of the ceremony venue. This also includes booking for a ranger escort for Prop Garage to have vehicle access directly to the ceremony site, if applicable.
- Any parking fees required to be paid on the day to set up the ceremony will be passed onto the client.
- By booking a service with Prop Garage, you agree and adhere to our terms and conditions as outlined in our FAQs and T&Cs pages.
- Our personalised hand-crafted Welcome Sign for you to hire for $80.00. Add an easel and a custom-design silk floral arrangement for the welcome sign for $60.00.
- Classic Drink Station for 50 people for $350.00. For additional guests, please add an extra $2.00 per guest.
- Custom hand-made Reserved Seating Tags with brass eyelet and jute string at $3.00 per seat tag.
- Upgrade to our 10 metre long wooden aisle runner for an extra $200.00.
