  • A personalised Wedding Ceremony Day Planner information pack, which includes a detailed time-line of what will happen on the day, location maps, location views and detailed layout diagrams of your ceremony set up at your chosen venue. (On-site meeting can be requested, fees apply)

  • Email/phone consultation

  • Delivery to the event location, including team members (Additional travel fee will apply for venues greater than 50km toll free from postcode 2753)

  • Setup & styling of the above inclusions within 10m paved access of the delivery vehicle*

  • Pack-down & removal of the items. Pack-down will commence 60 minutes after the scheduled ceremony start time. Any delays will be charged at $45 per 15minutes or part there of.**

  • General clean-up of the site for any rubbish that came directly from Prop Garage's hire equipment. E.g. florals, cut down cable ties, items provided by Prop Garage e.g. drink station. See "Cleaning Fees" below.

  • Please see "Things You Need to Know" for information on other surcharges that may be applicable.

  • *If we can not drive within 10m of your ceremony location or the access is not paved (ie we can't easily use trollies) it will take us longer to set up and we will need earlier access to the site. We will also need to pay our staff for the extra hours so please let us know up front so we can quote appropriately and plan accordingly. If it is a surprise on the day we will have to charge at a higher rate and may not be able to set up everything you have requested. We hate it when that happens, and you will be pretty bummed out too. Sending us a video walk through of the venue from loading zone to marriage zone is 

    **If your ceremony will go longer than 30min, you know it will start late or you would like more than 30min mingle and photo time after the ceremony we are happy to oblige. Please let us know up front so we can quote & plan accordingly.
